Fantastic experience from start to finish, I had never ordered from Victoriana before, but am placing another order now, just two weeks later! Originally I phoned as had no knowledge of grape vines and wanted some help which was quickly provided. One tiny issue with the order on arrival was resolved the next day, with no fuss. A poor customer service experience but outstanding quality plants. They are all growing healthy and strong so I upped my review from 3 to 4, and if you don't need to engage with the team I HIGHLY recommend. When I made the order I asked for tracking info. None sent so I contacted them after they said the order was dispatched to ask for it, and they said the courier had sent me the tracking number. They had not. I contacted them again explaining I needed to know what day the order was arriving and they didn't bother to reply. The order arrived today and the plants were good quality, watered and well rooted but a there were a few broken stems, as the box inside the large package was upside down so all the smaller plants inside were upside down. I was given the tracking number after the order arrived.... The packaging itself was clearly rushed, or done by a child, and I feel like I'm going to be sweeping up straw from the garden for the rest of the summer.

Great customer service! There was a small mix-up with my order, and they fixed it with no hassle. Plants arrived well packed and healthy, with bonus straw I can use for mulch.
Good service, had a mixed order of plants and seeds. Plants nice and healthy (note, mostly plug plants so needed planting straight away). Newspaper used to keep moist during transit, opted for postoffice delivery as find them the best. Nice to be able to choose different options for delivery carrier. Seed packets nice, brown paper easy to recycle like rest of packing so environmentally friendly unlike other plant sellers online. Have ordered plants from other online sellers and must say customer service from Victoriana has been best for updates, plant health and price.
