Was not massively impressed when they came to take my grandmother out for the day, forgetting her walking stick (quite a basic necessity for a 90 year old who cannot walk) when they arrived back home my grandmother had spent 30 on a walking stick. Not only is this an outrageously overpriced walking stick but it also highlights the lack of knowledge the carer had as any registered disabled people do not need to pay tax on a disability items. Massively unimpressed by this as my nan has many walking sticks and 30 is ridiculous for a walking stick.
