An amazing place to be, it is attached to the grammar school and is great because of its family orientated atmosphere. All people are welcome and there are a variety of classes to choose from as well as the option to have parties for the youngsters. The gym is basic but functional and is great if you are looking to start getting in to fitness as it can be quiet some days and mostly you will get on the equipment you want.
Excellent facility. Helpful and professional staff on the main desk and those running children's parties.
I don't know the rest of the academy but the gym is definitely the most dirty gym in the world. I never played in such a similar bad and dirty place. It was impossible running. You can only slide like ice skating with the only problem that it's impossible to stop. Guys you have a serious problem with this place but it's not difficult to sort it out...just get a bloody cleaner!

Great sports facilities and gym, lots of different activities, including karate, badminton, keep fit classes and children's parties. Very friendly and helpful staff too.
Good classes, not keen on reception staff as a bit snooty
