I love Jennifer’s yoga classes,I just wish I could get more! She has a wealth of knowledge across many disciplines such as massage and meditation and aromatherapy which she brings into her classes to help address any issues or queries pupils have in a really holistic way. She always brings in new practises and ideas which keep them fresh and engaging and I always leave feeling so much better! I love how she plans events to matches the rhythms of the seasons such as solistice yoga sessions which are always special experiences. She has a lovely calm and gentle way which really puts you at ease, I’d really recommend!
