Tina provides excellent massage treatments and is very knowledgeable on the body and anatomy. Her treatment rooms are beautiful and you relax as soon as you come in from the busy Stranmillis road with the soft scent of the lovely aromatherapy oils. It really is a tranquil retreat from the busy world outside. After treatments, I leave feeling that bit more flexible and loosened out. Highly recommend.

I attended my first ever Pilates class with Tina and I'm hooked! The studio is lovely and the small class size means that Tina is able to provide individual attention when needed. She is extremely knowledgeable and I feel that my posture has improved already! Highly recommended.
