My 2016 Mac Book Pro no longer booted up and thought I'd give Predator Repairs (or whatever other aliases they go under in Ebay) In hindsight I should walked back out the door seeing the state of the shop, but for whatever reason I stayed.... Long story short I left it with them at the start of the 3rd Jan 2019 and now just got it back 7th May 2019 after much chasing on my behalf. It has been a very very frustrating experience and one that lasted 5 months which I had to pay 60 for the privilege. So if you fancy a paid service where you : - are told different things by different staff members - promised to be called back and not hearing anything - hearing excuses after excuses Then this is the place to go. EDIT : Look at the response from the owner full of excuses and he responded faster to this negative review then any of the queries I had during the 5 months wait.

Absolutely amazing work by Lee and his team. Had a waterlogged keyboard, which apple qouted me around 600 for. Lee Qouted me 105 and also found some other repairs which was needed. He fixed that for no additional cost too. Would definitely use again if needed and recommend to all. During the COVID19 Period too, picked up laptop from home and did an excellent job.
