Good choice of flooring. Expensive compared to other places but went back as had used them before. I believe they have changed ownership and it really shows. If you want glue left all over your new flooring and like broken promises and staying in waiting for these guys to turn up day after day then this is the place for you.

Good choice of carpets at a wide range of prices, quickly came round to measure our living room, dining room & gave us a quote. Carpet now fitted, very pleased.

Initially fitting went as planned in summer 2018, flooring looked great. Had a couple of vinyl tiles coming up so rang back as you would. After 4 months of weekly phone calls someone came out to have a look, after another couple of months of chasing up fitters came to replace faults. One of the fitters was very rude, no people skills at all!!! Also used my kitchen dish sponge to wipe down the floor when I was in another room attending to my younger child, how professional!!! Won’t mention any names as the fitter will know exactly who I’m talking about. Still waiting on a call back to have another tile repaired which wasn’t in stock, this is almost 8 months after the complaint. Aftercare is rubbish. Sorry to say would not recommend this company.
