The court is in lack of organisation they do not have any communication skills .lose paperwork never reply bk to you wen then they say they will . They tell you to write in. Still waiting. You ring up .we haven't received it .I have copy of recorded delivery .some judges read the paper work associated with the cases ..the place is like a kids nursery ...

It is a Sham in my view, implimenting court orders that I believe are not worth the paper it is typed upon. No consequences for breaching rules by the third party in my case - blanking my child for 3 months is Breaking the Court Order. The 3 male judges I believe, had not even looked at my court application, as my voice on matters were not fully addressed yesterday. Why? What happened to freedom of speech especially when I brought the broken court order to the table. Why waste my money/tax payers money having to do things twice? 'actions' speak louder than words, not in this case, hence my appropriate opening title. Let's hope I get a fair outcome when writing to the Court Manager, although I feel personally an independent body should intervene as at the end of the day, these people are all work colleagues. This is my view, my opinion and my experience.
