I was very happy with the service. The gentleman helped me carry the bags in and he was a very pleasant man. I was very happy. Thank you.

Took 2 huge bags of clothes and got 4.00, it used to be 60p a kilo now 40p, not worth it now especially having to deal with the horrible man that runs it.

Definitely would not recommend, you'd have better luck donating to a charity shop.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM. Awful & rude (Polish man) Took approx 10 bags of clothes 2 bags of shoes. They were all clean, folded & in good condition as per instructions on their website. These clothes were taken out of drawers & wardrobes and not just kept hidden away in black bags. Was told that they werent clean, possibly because they didnt smell of comfort etc but bear in mind OAPs rarely use comfort because it wasnt around in their earlier years. Also charities always rewash clothes as a matter of fact before they distribute. He just didnt want to pay and expected them to be just left there. WRONG, took them to 2 different charity shops, these charities were thrilled to receive the donations.
