Excellent customer service and fast delivery. Quality of equipment was excellent. I purchased for home use having used their equipment in cross fit studios. Bench is really solid and easy put togeter and excellent value for money. Delivered right to my door by courier who was really polite and helpful.. Overall excellent experience. These guys have it right.. highly recommend

I contacted BLK BOX about ordering products that had just returned into stock. I received a response asking for the full order details including name, address and what I required. I sent this off and haven’t received a response since. Very poor customer service in my experience.
