Stephen and his team made what was an awful emotional time very bearable. He had good ideas, and helped plan everything, sourcing all the supporting pieces of the funeral puzzle. He kept us informed during the process and planning stage. The actual funeral, using their chapel, was professional, seamless and a surprisingly pleasant experience all things considered.
