NO RETURNS at Brighton shop on sporting items,, tried to return on the same day as purchased! As per covid guidelines I could not open the box and check the item on store. Manager ignored my complaint and pointed to the small print on the receipt and issued a credit note. Very upsetting as the item was high value and the size I needed they disnt have on store so I had to be outnofnpocket for xmas and buy it from another online retailer.

i was in the store and i asked a lovely gentleman (miguel i think) to help, i have allways had problems with my feet hurting in running shoes, but no more with his amazing recomendation. ive even knocked 3 mins off my 5km record time. i will be returning and i hope hes there when i do
25/8/2020 - around 14:30 ground floor till. Being served by one staff who was very nice and another who seemed to be manager approaching interrupted whilst we being served with a very bad attitude lady and questioned me and my wife rudely whilst we was already being served asking: is there a problem? We was like, “not really, we are trying to sort our discount through staff friends” She replied: “he does not work here anymore and you will get no discount and walked off” And walked off but her whole attitude and the way she acted from beginning to the end I thought I will not challenge her as not only was she intimidating but she was acting like she was the boss. So I thought let her have her power trip as discount is not important to me. But her actions are not acceptable and I hope she is removed from this store as she was acting over the top and we felt like we did not deserve that. Short chunky lady with a bad attitude.
Helpful advice and very friendly, bought at another shop but will return
