Please be exceptionally careful if considering using this company. We booked earlier this year during lockdown. We went through a great deal of detail regarding the booking to ensure that everything was in order. As key workers we had worked continuously through the summer and were looking forward to our break in the motorhome immensely. We turned up on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time to collect the motorhome only to be told that our dog was not suitable for the motorhome and that we had lied about her condition and breed. Thank goodness we had paid using our credit card as despite several requests Circle Motorhome Hire refused to give us a refund for ruining our holiday. Please, Please, Please be exceptionally careful if considering using this company especially if you have a dog. We would not want others to have the same kind of experience that we had at the hands of this company who accused us of lying to cover up their own inadequacies and ruined our long-anticipated holiday

Our experience of CMH was good. We wanted to hire a two-berth motorhome initially, but only a six-berth was available, which we we were offered for the price of a four-berth. We accepted. Our interactions with Jerry were friendly and positive. The initial hand over was efficient and informative. Any potential additional costs were pointed out up front, such as being charged 10 for each third of the gas bottle used. Jerry quickly attached the cycle rack for us during the handover, as I hadn't pointed out when booking that we would need it. The motor home was in a good standard of cleanliness and had pretty much everything that we needed. Instructions for using all of the equipment were available. A couple of minor points - the upholstery was a bit 'tired' and one of the cupboards was missing a door, which made it less useful! We were first-time motorhome drivers, so we found particularly useful the checklist stuck to the driver's sun-visor to ensure that all essential tasks were done before driving off, such as unplugging the electric and switching the fridge to battery mode. We had a couple of queries while we were away and Jerry was very quick to respond, with helpful replies. My only criticisms are really to do with the design of the motorhome, so no fault of CMH. It really was far bigger than we needed. Also, we kept banging our heads on the overhead double bed! We had a great holiday - thanks CMH!

We hired a motor home from Circle for a week in July 2020. We paid almost 1k to rent it. We damaged it getting stuck up a hill in Cornwall and quite rightly had to pay almost 455 to cover the damage. The shocker was being charged almost 400 for damaging a table that we did not damage. We only used the table twice but they called us to say we damaged it over an hour after we dropped it off. We knew we had done nothing of the sort. When we asked for evidence, they immediately said they would go after us with a CCJ unless we paid. They produced a blurry picture of the table before and then a picture of a table with damage as evidence. It was unclear whether it was the same table. It was also unclear what a court’s decision would have been, so we decided to pay it. The last thing either of us would want is a CCJ! So we paid almost 2k in the end. Would not recommend renting from this company.

We hired a motorhome last summer from CMH and were so impressed with the whole process we thought we would book again and recommended CMH to our friends to join us in another CMH motorhome at the same time. We all had a fantastic time and again the motorhomes were immaculate, and we and our friends have booked again so for any one who is not sure where to book a motorhome CMH comes highly recommended
