Popped in Thursday to deposit 3 thousand pounds in cash, but was told by some disgusting looking woman that we had to use the machine. I said it swallowed it last time meaning it chewed it up and I needed up waiting for ages while they retrieved it. I ended up going to lloyds and will be closing our accounts
