Nick was great from start to finish. He helped with the massive choice of carpets narrowing down the the most suitable one for our needs. Regular phone calls and updates one progress through out meant we knew what was going on. Ian the fitter was great, he cracked on with the job, was friendly and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend One Floor Ltd.

I had a minor issue with the carpet that had previously been fitted and Nick (the owner) immediately came to my house to take a look and agreed to replace it free of charge. I cannot fault the service provided by One Floor and Ian did a fantastic job of fitting the new carpet; it looks great. I will definitely be using One Floor in the future.
Been using One Floor for the last 5 years to supply and fit all the carpets in our house, been excellent every single time - Having just had our hallway and stairs, just want to say we are absolutely delighted with the carpet, it’s totally transformed our upstairs. We’ve been happy with the quality, service and price throughout. Also quick shout out to Ian our fitter, he was also excellent. Was efficient, he moved all the upstairs furniture himself around the fitting (I did offer to help!!), and even vacuumed all the carpet cuttings as he went along. What a guy!!! Thanks again, would definitely recommend you guys to our family and friends.
Had new bathroom flooring and stairs and landing carpet. Looks amazing brilliant service by Nick at the One Floor showroom quickly measured up quoted a reasonable price. Then fitted by Ian the who worked really hard to board out bathroom and fit both areas. Would definitely use again and recommend.
My mum had a carpet fitted by One Floor. The service was excellent, they came out to her with samples on 3 occasions to make sure she was happy. The fitting was very good indeed and they were courteous to her throughout. Would definitely recommend.
