If I could give this homecare agency 0 stars or negative I would quite happily have done so. No regard for safe or effective homecare, leaving already vulnerable adults in a more vulnerable state by not having effective safeguarding measurements in place. After complaining consistently the manager deemed it perfectly acceptable to hang up on me whilst in the middle of an another complaint and after not having dealt with any of the previous complaints. Obviously has had no training in people management or effective healthcare or simply struggles under stress? Either way a change in career could be a smart move for Mrs Carol Jackson. Already reported to CQC, will be reporting to social services with the purpose of getting this company closed so other vulnerable people do not have to suffer the way our family has done.

I wouldn't recommend this agency at all they never looked after my mother properly they never cleaned up after breakfast left her bedroom a complete mess and pulling the quilt over without checking the bed and as for the manager saying she was going to ring me back and I'm still waiting 10 months later this agency is a complete disgrace to me it needs closing down I'm going to look further into this and get answers but they wont be looking after my mum again

Poor outfit. Staff shout and talk over you when you ring to complain. It's the managers rather than carers who are the worst. I'm looking to change provider and complaining to cqc about Bronte. Steer clear please.
