***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHO SELL THEMSELVES AS BT LOCAL BUSINESS*** Our office apprentice was duped into resigning a contract with this company. We had happily utilised their services without any problems for a period of 2 years when we needed a sales call facility added to our service. Our staff member emailed to confirm it was being added to our current contract term (1 year remaining) & it was advised that she just needed to sign a document. She was emailed a 5 year re sign document within 10 minutes of her email & signed without realising they were tying us into an unwanted extension of services that was never even discussed. We did not request this provision & were completely unaware what had happened until 2.5 years later (as not even detailed on quarterly bills) when trying to terminate the contract. Whilst we can evidence that we did not request these services, BT will not cancel the contract because a staff member signed a document, despite their error & the fact it was someone on an approved apprenticeship without any company authorisation to do as such. Do not use this company, they cannot be trusted. We will be taking our complaint to the ombudsman.
