William was extremely friendly, polite and professional. He took the time to fully assess the job, checking with us regularly to ensure that the service he was providing was what we required. William did a very neat job and took care to tidy up before he left. We are extremely happy with the work that William carried out and would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone!

I have to put my hands up to the service that I received . I needed 4 extensions fitted in my house after fire took place there. one in the front room ,one in dining room and two in bedrooms upstairs. I knew it would be a task running the line through as there was new carpet applied down .but I was surprised that It was not a problem that it still could be done and was also shown more options for the line to run for each extension. Very pleased with the outcome more than a professional Thanks again
I called William to help me with a problem I had experiencing for quite some time: my phone cut out after the first ring when I received incoming calls. I am a Sky customer and had phoned this company several times but they assured me that there was nothing wrong with my telephone line. William turned up promptly and spent a good 3-4 hours to check everything he possibly could, but found nothing wrong with the wiring. So, he asked me to phone Sky and let him talk with them on my behalf. Sky advised then that there was a fault on my line and, eventually, sorted it out for me within the next few days. William then came back to my house again 1 week later to reconnect all the telephone points he had to disconnect for diagnosing the fault by an elimination process.

William - thank you for offering such a great service to my elderly parents who live in East Finchley. They suddenly developed bad crackling & squeeling noises on their phone line and when I contacted you, you offered to come along the next day and resolve the problem for a fixed fee. In just 1.5 hours you resolved the problem and the line is now perfect. We will highly recommend you. Once again, thank you for such a great service.
What a brilliant service. Had all my internet phone cable running with no problems at a much better price than BT, and William had even offered to come round early. Great stuff!
