I visited the practice yesterday to have a check up with the Dentist. The dentist introduced herself as Anisha and her nurse was called Camille. The dentist took her time with my check up and asked lots of different questions throughout and made me feel like my teeth and gums were checked thoroughly. Everything was explained in simple terms, such as why they were doing certain checks (like x-rays). I also brought my 4 month old daughter to the practice for the first time and the dentist offered to check her gums as she has started teething. She was very patient with her and let her hold the little mirror they use, offered to take a picture of her in the chair and gave us a sticker for her as a keepsake. I was also greeted and looked after really well by Lou on reception, who explained the current covid guidelines within the practice and booked my next appointment. Lou also recommended the best brushes and toothpastes for my daughter to use when her teeth start to come through. Overall I felt safe in the current times and felt like all the members of staff were really friendly and wanted to go above and beyond.

It was my first visit to the practice and I was extremely impressed with the service from Anisha (Dentist), Camille (Nurse) & Lou (Receptionist). Friendly, professional, thorough and made you feel very welcome and comfortable.

Dentists are fine. Have been taking myself and 2 children ever since they opened. Cheap parking nearby. Reception staff friendly, but can be hard to get through on phone and online appointment booking is glitchy. No real complaints though.

Not professional at all, I asked for a guard to be made and they took the impression. When walked out of the consulting room the dentist and the two assistants all smiled and I thought it a bit odd. Only when I paid at reception the reason for them smiling came to light. I had a lot of the pink impression material left on my face. The dentist did not tell me or clean up the impression material. It was the receptionist who kindly suggested I go to the bathroom and clean up before leaving. How unprofessional , I will be looking for another dentist who acts professional. Such a shame that they think it's ok to have a laugh at the expense of the patient.
