AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Disgraceful company, and disgraceful service from Pete Williams the manager. I had a skip delivered and when it was delivered the neigbours connifer trees were knocked over. The driver couldn't get away quick enough!! See photos as they speak for themselves. Whilst the trees \getting a trim\ wasn't a huge issue, the big issue was that after myself and my neighbors chopped up all the trees the waste created by the trees was enough to fill up the empty skip that they'd just delivered. So I was left with a skip I paid for which was no use as it had been filled with tree waste that the skip company had caused; and they weren't even my trees! So you'd think after the damage they'd caused they'd take away the trees they knocked over, or at least empty the skip and replace it with an empty one? No chance! I called their office to explain the situation and had the misfortune to speak to the manager Pete Williams who was incredibly rude. He was verbally abusive and threatened to empty the skip waste onto my driveway and then promptly hung up. He also said I'd signed paperwork agreeing to terms and conditions which never happened. I left a thorough review on their Facebook page and as such they've removed the reviews section on their Facebook page rather than trying to sort the situation out. A disgraceful company with no morals, poor management and terrible customer service. Unless you want their skip lorry to knock your trees over, or perhaps your neighbor's wall, then AVOID THIS COMPANY!
