i came here this evening with my sister and her fiancé; we didn’t realise they shut at 8pm however they still let us in at 7:45pm which was amazing. the decor of the place is fun, pretty, and welcoming. the staff were super sweet and friendly throughout our visit. we ordered and had our food delivered to us in good time; the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. we noticed a portion of fries hadn’t come but we were happy with how quickly that was rectified and i honestly wouldn’t have minded if they’d shut the cookers because my pancakes were delicious. they accommodate for vegans, so i was able to enjoy my food alongside my family. i’ve sadly rated it a 4/5; merely because i found a long hair in my food that i can assure wasn’t mine or my sister’s colour. other than that, everything was spot on and we would come again :)

What a great place to eat. Service was absolutely brilliant. Food portions are big, so we ended up sharing the main and dessert. We were so full and it was absolutely yummy. Would definitely recommend. When we are up there again, will definitely be visiting again.

Went a few weeks ago around 12. Was fairly busy and had to place my name on a waitlist and was told about a 30 minute wait. They reassured me they would call me at the number I provided when they had a table for me. I waited 45 minutes and went inside to ensure I wasn't forgotten about. A server inside told me they would call when it was my turn and was ordered to wait outside. While inside I looked around and noticed half the tables were empty. About 15 minutes later, a different server, who I presume was the supervisor or more experienced employee, asked if I was waiting for a table for 2. I said yes we have been waiting about an hour. She said she thought someone called me a while ago and was sorry for the confusion. Finally got my table for 2 and ate. Food was good. But my soda didn't come until 10 minutes after my food. By that point I had already eaten. I told the server about it, and she did comp me the drink. The cleanliness was less than what I expected especially in the bathrooms. Would recommend other places to spend your money at.

Amazing food! We went during the heavy snow earlier in the year. Welcomed with a friendly smile, served very quickly, seated next to a radiator as it was freezing outside. The food was quick, got and fantastically tasty! If I lived closer I would be there all the time!! Next time I'm that way, a return trip will certainly be first on the list!!
