Experiencing a severe visual disturbance, I phoned Chase Eyecare. Mr Puri was engaged with another client. Twenty minutes later Mr Puri phoned me to assess my needs. Within 30 minutes of this consultation I was in the practice receiving attention. Excellent responsive professional care when needed – Thank you

I was referred to Chase Eyecare by my GP for assessment of possible conjunctivitis. As I'm shielding, I was unable to travel in person to an appointment. Chase Eyecare staff were professional and polite throughout, I was able to gain an appointment the same day, and they were very patient with my struggles to unblock the microphone and camera on my mobile phone for a video assessment - and kindly found a way to work around this when I couldn't unblock the NHS consultation service in time. Contacting Chase Eyecare turned out to be an excellent alternative to my GP or a pharmacy when it came to assessing a minor eye complaint.
Took my daughter for an eye test from start to finish she received exceptional service. They had a very comprehensive range of frames to choose from and gave my daughter the time and help to make her choice. I Could have gone to a chain store but decided to support an independent small business. Highly recommended and my daughter cannot wait for her new glasses to arrive. Thank you.
During this terrible time the optician at chase eye care was amazing. He called me back about my dads eye problem and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was caring and easy to talk too I would recommend them to anyone who likes the personal touch
I hadn’t noticed any problems with my eyes. However, at a routine checkup Mr. Purri diagnosed a bleed in my left eye. He immediately phoned New Cross and organised an emergency consultation. I am convinced that it is due to his expertise that I still have good sight in both eyes!
