SO IMPRESSIVE! Huge thank you to Andrew for recovering images from an SD card that I thought we would never see again. Better than anything I found online, Andrew was knowledgeable, explained the process and what would happen next- fortunately he did find the files we were after so gave a quote for proceeding with the full recovery. Files all received on a USB shortly after and couldn't be happier- highly recommend & will use again, thank you so much :-)

Can't recommend this company enough, Andrew has been exceptional from start to finish. Unfortunately, one of y camera memory cards from my trip around the world became corrupted and I was unable to access my photos. Andrew has been nothing short of patient and understanding, even sending my memory card off to an affiliated lab to see whether they would be able to recover the data, at no extra cost to me for the postage to the other side of the country and back again. A refreshingly honest person to deal with, actually advising me to think about the value of my photos and whether I wanted to go through with the recovery, rather than the money grabbing approaches of some. Communication was fast and efficient, and will certainly be using again for any future issues! Many thanks :)
