This place was a brilliant surprise that we stumbled upon, definitely go here! The food is to die for and the presentation is astounding which all adds to a wonderful experience. For starters I had the cheesy garlic bread and what arrived was a quaint little bread basket which looked like a little baked loaf inside. It was like a miniature version of the baskets you used to get on the front of bikes way back when people were generally more polite and innocent. It was the start to a great dining experience because as I lifted out the bread and pulled apart the slices I saw the cheese clinging to them... it tasted like heaven... the best garlic bread I have ever had! For the main I had the fish and chips. Again, I would say this was the best fish and chips I have ever had! The chunky chips I ordered were crispy on the outside but fluffy in the middle and the fish had that same crispness to the batter but inside the fish was cooked to perfection. If I could I would have carried on eating here all day but my stomach would not allow it. And the price?! Well worth it! We had 2 starters, 2 mains with 3 drinks and with a service charge it came to just over 50. We have been to places way less impressive than this that have charged more (and we would not visit those places again!). I would definitely come here again next time we visit Cheltenham, it was wonderful. The decor was amazing! It was spacious with plants all around. It was like no other place I have been to. It is hard to describe it but it just seemed so modern and fresh. Lastly, the staff were brilliant! The lady at the front desk and our table service guy (Jason) was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Amazing people! I cannot fault this place at all. Go there and enjoy!

This place is absolutely great. Staff really helpful. Food was delicious. Only problem there isn't a Botanist restaurant where l live in Torbay. Will visit Cheltenham again just to go here for a meal. Well done everyone.

Beer was ok. Cannot remember which one I had. Something like Goose Island IPA. Very drinkable. Food not so good but friendly and helpful staff especially regarding dietary requirements. I had the hanging lamb kebab. I'm no expert but it was basically meatballs and seasoned fries. My daughter had the fish and chips which she enjoyed even with soggy batter. Wife demolished halloumi burger and as she was driving had a strawberry mocktail which she enjoyed.

Thought it might be a bit trendy for an older customer but had a great meal with daughter. Felt safe and excellent food/staff. Cocktail served in a plant pot caused much amusement.
