Not sure what lesson Chris was going to but my child has been attending this for years. They hold to ASA standards with badges issued each term of 10 weeks where appropriate progress has been made - this includes distance which is a requirement of each level. The pool is sectioned in to classes based on ability with teachers appropriate to each level which does make it busy and noisy but it is organised and managed. Starting with water confidence and growing through to technique, this is a no fuss approach that is popular enough that it runs wait lists for some regular time slots.

Very poor organisation from this non-affiliated swim school, where everything was run in 2018 as if it were 1980 and only ten kids were attending. There was no feedback through the year, no target setting, little by way of regular "rewards" or badges, the pool was crowded with five other classes all taking place at the same time, they tested them on long distance swims before they had progressed up beyond level 7 etc etc. Basically not following any of the standard guidelines that Swim England would require from a well managed swim school. The only thing that Swim England did was provide the certificates, on a cash basis.Teachers were generally quite young and inexperienced, but did try hard and helped the kids to learn the basics, so I'm giving two stars. Sadly I'm not able to recommend this school for your kids.
