This company is nothing but a scam! They led me on an on about my seeds coming everytime they hit the USA they get stuck, it’s on there end, they keep telling me there working on it, I let them get me not just once but twice\u200d️

My original order was placed October 20, 2020 with a tracking number. Shortly after order was received in USA USPS facility order never moved or got to me. I reached out to Coffee Shop on 11/06/2020 and got a person named James. James initially asked for the receipt from USPS saying they lost the 1st package. We correspnded from 11/06/20 to 12/29/20. In turn James sent out a 2nd order. December 31 2020 USPS again stopped this order as well. I reached out to James and Coffee Shop on 01/01/21 to inform and ask about the package. James and Coffee shop responded on 02/12721 claiming they were having technical difficulties. 02/17/21 I asked about another carrier service that I would pay for. James replied it's too costly. But they were working on another express company to deliver orders. On 02/24/21 He asked I give him a few weeks and he'll get back to me. Well as you might have guessed I never received an email in that few weeks. So I reach out on 03/05/21 asking for an update and still nothing. I've asked for a refund multiple times and this company refuses to refund my money. I have all emails to back up my claims. I would NOT recommend nor purchase any items from this company ever again. Ps. Coffee Shop, if you read this I AM REQUESTING A FULL REFUND. AS I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY ABOUT MY ORDER. IT HAS BEEN CLOSE TO 6 MO THS OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT.
