Lovely church. The daily mass during lockdown has been a 'God send'. Please could this continue after lockdown? It would be wonderful for the people who cannot attend mass due to illness. Lovey priests (and Clara)!

I began attending this Church over a year ago; having moved from another parish. The church is outstandingly beautiful. The congregation is welcoming across all ages. The music used in the liturgy varies, with different styles and tastes provided by a handful of organists, a choir and folk group; allocated on a monthly rota. The parish priest is absolutely first rate. He is very inclusive and accommodating. His homilies are always well written, clearly presented and challenging. This is a very vibrant faith community. Well worth a visit. The church is usually open during the day and is used by many locals as an oasis.

Had to give it one star because couldn't put less. Rather strange this church was knocked down years ago and houses built in it place. Shame really cause it was a beautiful church

Beautiful church, and I think it's fabulous that they offer a live streaming service, however the priest, Father Peter Wilkinson, is rude and arrogant, and the church staff wholly incompetent. I attended a wedding there; I usually find church weddings a beautiful and moving experience, but this left me cold. The organ player was poor, the congregation were struggling to sing due to the clumsy timings. Due to a clerical error, the maid of honour was humiliated and couldn't sign the wedding register; that fell to the bridesmaid. No apologies were offered at any point and the priest seemed very dismissive of everyone; clearly only interested in himself which is disgraceful for a man of the cloth.
