The person was quite rude and extremely boring and unprofessional on the phone and answered with just "hello". He was not very helpful and after explaining that I had bought a deal on wowcher with them he simply said that that deal was expired and was no further help. He just went on to then say I could come in for a massage with them if I wanted. I have had no problem with wowcher before so I'm sure this mistake is their doing.
Very good service very welcoming would definitely go again very good massages
