I was keen to purchase some cardboard from this company and made several attempts to try and confirm a price. Neither James or Lindsey called back to update me on this and for the past few days have tried calling them to chase this up and on every occasion James is on the phone and promises to call me back.
Con men and Cowboys Had to pay extra for delivery as we don't have a forklift on site. Truck came with a tail lift but because of the way the truck and card had been loaded we could only get the delivery off with a forklift - luckily we were able to use a neighbors. Card arrived damaged as a result of its poor packaging. When we tried to have the extra 180 (we paid for a non fork delivery that we didn't get) refunded we were told its not their problem and when we asked to have the damaged card replaced we were constantly fobbed off until eventually told we would be refunded but two months later we have no refund
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Company consistently said they were sending emails and refunds but neither ever received for damaged goods.
Ordered cardboard on 3rd of October after seeing that delivery was 2-5 working days I was sent an email saying that my order was ready and awaiting despatch, delivery day came and went I called to see what was happening and was told some machinery had broken down. I then received another email on the 12th October saying that the plant was back up and running and my order would be now be delivered 18th October this never happened either, I have now been told that delivery will be on the 23rd October 14working days after placing my order. During this ordeal I was told in several occasions that somebody would call me back to update me on the situation this never happened either. I will never use this company again and I recommend that you don't either!! Total joke !!!
Item ordered online, I was telephoned and advised of incorrect pricing on website shop, so I cancelled order as I had seen product elsewhere for original price anyway. Took a Paypal dispute and 3 weeks to get a refund! Totally unexceptionable behaviour from a business. Avoid these cowboys! Aka Braepac Ltd.
