Appalling service! I was basically called a liar when I wanted to return paint that they failed to match what I ordered. So rude and frankly disgusted at how I was spoken to! I had phoned asking for a specific colour of paint needed for touching up areas in the house. I stressed on the phone it needed to be identical because it needed to match the colours already on my walls. Despite other shops saying they could not make it identical I was reassured it would not be a problem. The paint did not match. Fair enough, so I'll bring it back. When I phoned explaining I want to bring it back I was told to bring the paint I bought, and a tin of what I had left over from previously buying elsewhere (an original factory made tin). On the phone the staff member questioned how long ago I had originally used the paint and referenced some changes to a paint mixing machine. This was beginning to lose me. When I arrived at the store I was refunded my money but at the expense of being told I was certainly wrong. Apparently the staff there are all too experienced to know I couldn't ever get what I had originally asked for. My suggestion at the time was someone in staff may need some feedback. Nope! The staff were all too experienced, apparently it was all my mistake and no one in staff could ever make this mistake. Wrong!!! I left with my money back and a message that either I'm an idiot or straight up liar. Thanks
