CANNOT RECOMMEND ALAN DAVIES CAR SALES HIGHLY ENOUGH From the point of walking into the garage, we couldn't fault Kristian and Alex, 2 cheery chaps. Nothing was too much trouble and they were not pushy at all. I was more than happy with the part-exchange I was given. Fantastic service from beginning to end, they even helped with changing the private reg over for me. I have been a customer of Prestige Motors, the car repair and maintenance company, for many years, and will continue to have this new car serviced there too. Well done Alex and Kristian Keep up the fantastic work.

My partner brought a car just after Christmas for 1500. Yes cheap but needed another car asap. You would think buying from a car sales that potentially a few things might go wrong but not as many and costly ones. Loads of things have gone wrong with it. Clutch, brakes, turbo doesnt work. He has already spent alot of money to try and fix some of the issues but it still has other problems. He needs a car to get work and back and pick his kids up. Cant afford a new one and keeps paying out for this one. Dont buy a car from this dealership!!!! Should of known when there was no warranty with the vehicle. The owner will probably reply with some smug comment which I can see is a reoccurring pattern on the bad reviews. A full refund would be nice with reimbursements for the work he has had to have done will get you a five star rating!!

Purchased a new vehicle from Alex last week, nice guy, smooth easy transaction with a 3 month warranty. Really helpful and was able to send a text if I had any questions instead of calling. MOT and service done across the road with Prestige, again good service. They are even fitting my private number plate for me tomorrow. Highly recommended.

Seemed like very nice guys, but wasn't actually able to do business with them as they never got back to me. Called many times about a car, had to chase them for updates even though they said they'd call me. Never heard from them in the end, bought a car elsewhere once I saw they took the ad down. Disappointed as I really wanted it. Maybe get yourselves a basic CRM or something to help you keep track of enquiries, so you're not letting yourselves down by giving bad service to people wanting to give you money.

I live in the US and recently purchased a car from Alan Davies Car Sales for my mum who lives on the Wirral. I have to say that I was absolutely delighted with the customer service I received. Kristian was wonderful and made the surprise for my mum very special. If I'm ever looking to buy a car again in the UK I will definitely be checking out this dealership:)
