I needed new glasses and booked an appointment for 5 days later. Arrived on time the lady on the desk booked me in. The service was exceptional. After the test I was attended to by a lovely, well mannered and happy young woman ( Bethany) who was very knowledgeable and helped me make my decision on my new glasses. An absolute credit to vision express. Well done!!

I had my eyetest done at Tesco as its where my Husband was registered. All the staff where lovely with the exception of the Optician Finula, who was a bit brusk. I got my prescription and had new lenses put in my old frames as just lightly used for reading when eyes where tired. I have just received them back today, but l cant seem to see anything close up. Its like l have been given a distant prescription. I can read the TV find but not a book in my hands. Which was the oppersite to before, tv would be blearry with my reading glasses on. I feel l have waisted my money on new lenses which are not fit for purpose.

Booked on appointment with this opticians back in September and had to wait until November for an appointment. Fair enough, I waited but then on the day got told they were behind by half an hour and I agreed to wait to then come back and be turned away and that I’d have to wait another month for another appointment. Been rang and cancelled on again so I have gone to spec savers instead. Absolute shocking service.
