Just purchased a car from Cliff at Croft Cars and I can’t fault the help I got or the car I purchased. My Dad normally comes to look at cars with me but as he is in lockdown this wasn’t an option. Not good for a single woman who isn’t a mechanic! After numerous let downs I stumbled upon this garage on Facebook marketplace quite by chance and thank god I did! Everything he stated he would do before collection he did, plus more and had it ready within 2 days as I needed it urgently. He lifted a big weight off my shoulders to be fair. I would definitely recommend this garage and I will 100% be going back there for my next one even though I live in Formby! Plus I am over the moon with the car. 5 stars for this dude

Used car purchased with warranty, car had many clearly known issues including engine line leaking, heavily rotted out sump and air blowers for windscreen defogging didn't work either and owner made it hugely difficult to use the warranty. Even to the point of ignoring messages and calls. They didn't even send off the V5 and they again ignored contact when asking and when finally was able to get in touch they asserted they had sent it. Still no sign of it months later and to this day, contacted DVLA and they say they have no record of receipt of it either. Definitely avoid.
