Brilliant Customer Service. I use their food grade recyclable tubs for organic play dough, slime, and more. They are so helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I'm definitely sticking with them (Plus they are cheap too!)

Appalling customer service, they cancelled off most of the order I had paid for and rather than ask if I wanted the remaining 11.46 box of polythene bags sending at a shipping cost of 9.50 they just sent it, couldn't be bothered to check if that stupid move was acceptable to the customer, an 11.46 box of polythene bags ended up at 25.25 with 9.50 shipping & vat absolute donkeys.
