This is my local hospital and unfortunately over the past few years I’ve visited here too often due to the health of both myself and my wife. The good news is that the staff here are great and been a huge help to us both mentally, being kind and friendly and chatty, and also physically helping our conditions. The staff here can be rushed off their feet at times but always have the patience and kindness to help when you need it most which is great. Plenty of space for parking at the hospital. I’d recommend you go here if you are in need.

Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had in hosptial. Thank you everyone on Ward 62. You all treated me with such respect, and was there for me every step of the way. You made my hospital stay a little less harder for me. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
I had come into hospital very poorly and I must say all of the staff have been absolutely fantastic I couldn't have wished for more assistance. Even having to use the commode every half hour or so at times when at my worst and never did the staff make me feel awful. Always ready to help. I cant praise them enough on the both wards I was on. However Ward 33 was absolutely fantastic great staff. Great help nothing was a bother.
I was taken into A and E on Sunday by ambulance. I had to wait in the ambulance until a room was made available as I required oxygen. I was given tests, chest X-ray and fully monitored. I went onto ward 34 at 9 am then later went on to ward 44. I was totally impressed with the care I received. All of the staff worked full out and even though they were very busy all apart from one nurse on night duty were thoughtful and attentive. They did everything possible to make me comfortable and safe. Also I was very impressed with the menu choice and quality of food. I would like to thank them all they really are so dedicated.
Didn't feel like I was in a cattle market in this hospital, its lovely and clean just how you would expect.... If only all hospitals were as nice as this!
