Been using DBC for around 6 years or more and the main reason I make a comment is usually to express a negative . When I am using a good service I rarely give a review. DBC is an outstanding company who have sorted my broke down computer or laptop and helped me with my website over the years at a very reasonable price . I arrived this morning and was astounded by the amount of effort put in place due to the virus . The lady behind the screen requested I placed my computer in the designated area so we were both distanced from each other. As this is a small shop I felt at ease and would like to applauded Damian and his team for taking time to keep me safe . Thank you.
This man is a computer wizard - I had totally messed up my computer and it came back better than when I purchased it! Could not recommend them more highly!!
Very expensive just to repair a computer or even an IPhone. They charge it only at 20 pounds in Blackpool mall
Extremely impressed with the quality of service received from DCB Computing. We have been supported with this company in business and also when the families laptops have required repair over a number of years now. Always a friendly and knowledgeable service received both in the shop and also at our business premises. As a company we feel totally at ease with how our data and I.T equipment is handled. We recently had Damian on site assisting with our new website. Despite the current government guidelines for PPE and social distancing we could not have asked for more in the professional way Damian conducted himself throughout while on our premises. We have received assistance with pc components, help with the families laptop, website assistance, Connection/ Network/ Server issues, supply of computers & printers... the list goes on! We have come to rely on DCB Computing because we know we can. We recommend this company without hesitation.
