Spoke to Dechra about the delay to the market of a product which I have been using for my elderly dog for several years now. It helps with pain relief so anyone who has a beloved pet understands how important it is to be able to continue with a product which works with minimum side effects for their particular pet. The product Pardale V has not been available for a couple of months now due to a 'manufacturing issue' even though Dechra manufacture this product they were completely unhelpful in advising me what the issue may be ie trouble sourcing a certain ingredient and offered absolutely no indication of when the product may be available again leaving many customers in complete limbo. Not helpful. I hope everyone who has been so inconvenienced by this find another product and refuse to go back to Pardale V. I was spoken to as if I was a nuisance. Not a great way to treat customers and how can a company who manufacture a product not know what is causing the delay. I would have given them no stars but without selecting at least one star I was unable to post this review.

DECRA VETERINARY PRODUCTS very unhelpful and refused to offer advice or answer simple straightforward question on timing of administering dosage to our dog of THEIR product. We just needed clarification of contradictory advice given on their leaflet with Cardisure for our pet's heart condition treatment. Clearly had lack of product knowledge themselves.
