Don't waste your time ringing the agencies or other companies... This company are by far the cheapest! Service was as expected, I was told I'd have the skip the next day... Got the skip the next day! When I called for collection I was told two days and it was collected I two days...

Not even worth 1 star (but I couldn't put zero) - Avoid at all costs From the first moment, they have not lived up to what they said - The skip was late and we were told, no we didn't say it would be delivered today (despite that fact they did) The skip has been ready for collection for ten days now and every time time we ring to chase, the answer is along the lines of well you'll just have to wait, we'll get round to it. Even today, I rang to stress the urgency because the skip is blocking the drive and we have other builders coming tomorrow and I stressed this on the call. I called again at midday to be told the driver had the ticket so, yes, it would be today - Nope, still there with no call or apology. Customer service is the worst I have ever had; no apology of any kind and it's almost like it is my fault for bothering them. What kind of service is it when you collect at a time that suits the Supplier not the Customer; well it's not any kind of service at all.
