Fantastic service from Emma & the team at John Kane Funeral Directors. Extremely helpful explaining what was what in terms of the different services available (my first time) both on the phone & by email when I couldn't remember anything, & very respectful at all times. Lovely manner - sympathetic but down to earth, always patient & understanding. Did a lovely job dressing my father in his finest. Arranged quality live stream for us & helpful with my less traditional flower requests. Thankyou so much, we are very grateful.
