Just ok, they deal correctly with your requirements if you get all paperwork ready. Some of the staff are very helpful
Worst service I have ever received from an embassy or consulate. The woman in charge of the emails for, at least, the passports, is not only incompetent for her job but also makes everything as difficult and annoying as possible for everyone, including her. Probably the most helpless person in all the UK. Next time, I am in Edinburgh I will spend some time writing a formal complaint about the service offered by this consulate.

Very poor communication. There is not much information about the list of documents on the website (such as what tests does a medical certicate require. In my experience, the consulate was also very unresponsive to my mails and phone calls as there were times when I would call them multiple times a day and still get no response while my emails would take multiple days to get a reply
