Booked a skip guy on the phone said he could deliver it the next day I have got everything ready to be put in the skip still not here trued calling them all day and nothing never again would not recommend!

Emilys is a good place to hire skips competetive rates , they are a good helpful friendly company, i have used them a couple of times will use again.
Tried to enquire to book a skip. Needed confirmation of the date the skip would be collected. No reply to two phone messages and three facebook messages. Finally received one to say she was at an appointment and would contact me when she returned to the office. Waited all day but no contact. Went elsewhere.
Booked a skip for delivery, waited in all afternoon and called business and engaged. We had piled all our rubbish out ready to find when I do get through that it was out of their control. Not good service if staff cannot ring booked customers to let them know.
