Had an unfortunate breakage with my glasses this morning and was recommended to go here via Vision express, took them in and glasses got repaired in 20 mins for a very reasonable 20.00. Would definitely recommend.

Being a small specialist company (where you cannot just bring in extra hands off the street) it is inevitable that completion times will be impacted by changes in level of demand. Yes, I waited longer than I would have wished, but the quality of service, courtesy, workmanship and outstanding value for money more than made up for it. The very last time I shall EVER accept the opinion of my high street optician that frames cannot be mended. I highly recommend this company.
The website says: "In most cases glasses are repaired within one working day of acceptance and posted back to you by Royal Mail at no extra cost." It took almost three weeks after chasing by phone/text a few times to get glasses repaired and back. I was charged 5 postage. I do not recommend them.
Used Martyn's company on two occasions to repair my RayBan glasses in two different areas (all to my own fault - quite careless with them) and the service was amazing both rounds! I can't fault at all! Fast service and very very professional!
Delay was very inconvenient, but when Martyn did make contact, issue resolved quickly. hopefully my repaired glasses will arrive very soon.
Martin did a brilliant job fixing both arms of my glasses. I cannot complain about the work and the price. Definitely would recommend.
So here is the deal: If you want expert repair at an excellent price this is your place. If you're looking for a place that has a giant staff who can respond to your emails super efficiently then you can choose to pay a lot more or throw your glasses away and pay loads for new ones. Martyn may not be able to get back to you immediately or let you know if you're glasses are taking a bit longer because he is working hard making excellent repairs for super fair prices. This isn't a massive national company or Amazon. Just be a little patient. Leave a message if you need to and be very grateful these experts are still around. I am never going anywhere else.
Martyn managed to repair a pair of plastic framed cutler and gross frames so that they appeared brand new. Very impressive work considering the frames were very scratched and hinges broken. Don’t plan to have the repairs turned around too quickly but the work is impeccable and very fiddly and obviously is very time consuming. Would recommend and use again
