Terrible service. Ordered two pairs of glasses frames only and paid extra for next day delivery. I heard nothing from them for 5 days. When I contacted them they informed me frames were out of stock and to pick different frames. Totally unprofessional. Had I not contacted them I would still be waiting. PayPal dispute opened for refund.

Great value online glasses. Eyekit offer a much better selection of customised lens' than most other online providers, and at a low price. I ordered varifocal, tinted lens' with Oakley frames, and they arrived after 3-4 weeks. Communication was excellent from the company, and teh frames & lens are exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend, and definitely will use again.

I had read the reviews and was apprehensive as there were a number off negative ones but as Eyekit were the only place I could find the glasses I was looking for I took the gamble and ordered them on Monday at 16.50hrs paid for next day delivery and this Wed morning my glasses were delivered, I rang twice and was dealt with in a very friendly professional manner I could not fault this excellent service but credit where credits due a top class service and I personally would highly recommend on my experience with Eyekit, Thankyou Eyekit for the excellent service and my glasses are spot on

Avoid these charlatans if possible, i had to chase them several times for a refund (unprofessional springs to mind) and then they charged me a 5 admin fee for basically doing nothing. My prescription was beyond their limited capabilities and i was told to refer to the T&C's for the admin fee! So to some up my experience with Eyekit it was a load of old S***!

Absolutely terrible service, ordered prescription glasses waited two weeks heard nothing so chased them up only to be told glasses out of stock but was told will get them within two weeks. Waited two weeks again nothing so chased them up again & was told cannot process order. Absolutely terrible service. At no point have they kept me informed.
