Food average for a pub meal. Staff not wearing face coverings properly. So many walking about with there noses exposed even when delivering your food to your table. Expected better examples at the airport.

Unfortunately you expect very little from airport food outlets and this one didn't disappoint! Hideously expensive 16.49 for an absolutely pathetic burger and chips. Go to Wetherspoon's, at least they have no pretense to be anything other than basic... this place is 'All fur coat no knickers' organisation at the bar is non existent... a lazy place in my opinion with no pride in what it does.

Food was good, judging by past reviews there has been improvements but, what has to be said is it’s complete faulty advertisement to say food will arrive in under 12 minutes as you walk in. Which is why I picked this place!! The Factory was quiet at the time it took 15 minutes to order, then to add 35 minutes for food to arrive, that’s an absolute joke when there was absolutely no reason for this. The place was not understaffed nor busy so it’s time to reevaluate and manage these issues it’s not acceptable for an airport restaurant when people have flights to catch.

Visited for a quick breakfast. Ordered 2 English breakfasts and a tea and coffee. Total bill was just under 30 for a disappointing meal. Portions were practically children sized. The single sausage was evidently processed meat and tasted disgusting. We also weren't offered an alternative when asking to remove an item from the plate and swap for something else. Tea was simply a tea bag in a mug. We expected a pot of tea for the price. We initially asked for a coke as well however we were told that they do not sell fizzy drinks. Overall, we should have gone to Spoons instead and wouldn't go back here again.

Strolled through Birmingham airport and ended up at Factory by coincident. No table seating or service, you order at the bar, with the chance of loosing your table, or belingings, odd?! I had a Chicken Caesar Salad with bacon and poached egg on top, because how that that go wrong. It did. Slightly weird looking, salad uncrisp, chicken boring, bacon dull. Definitely not impressed for 15gbp.
