Very poor manners of shunter turned away for being an hr early to go in on time to be told am in a que will be 2 to 3 hrs b4 they get me onto a bay ony 1 bay in operation to tip all frozen trucks no consideration for drivers hours very poor service

Almost deserted when I got there, late afternoon.tipped in 20 mins, friendly staff and nice coffee

Bay 1 been out of order for most of the year so having to wait the bast part of an hour just to get onto bay 2 , complete was of drivers hours
Awful workplace, horrible environment and poorly managed.
