Highly recommend for those looking for pallet storage as well as pallet delivery to Amazon fulfilment centres. Browns take all the hassle out of it - it takes just a few minutes for me to request it, and they take care of the rest - labelling, palletising, booking and delivery. Plus they have an IT system with up to date stock count. Great service

Brown's has proven to be a highly efficient Storage and Distribution company with a superb warehousing and professional management team. Their very user-friendly order management system means that it is easy to track, stock and ensure the completion of all delivery processes. As clients we are very impressed by the experienced, proactive and reliable services that have been provided by Brown's.
Pallet of gym equipment dropped at depot by an ‘inexperienced forklift driver’ and a manager that said to just send it and let customer (me) deal with it on arrival. Took a month to process a claim for the damaged goods and even with the claim complete and money sat with Browns ready to send (3 months later) I am still chasing this payment. No response to emails from Georgia or the manager (who sped things up but still hadn’t changed end result of a huge delay in sending the insurance claim payment over). I’ve had to call and chase things up each time. What could have been a positive revolution has left a bitter taste. Customer service has gone out the window and feel like this company are doing all they can to delay sending payment or hoping I forget. I was told I would receive payment on Monday or Tuesday, it’s Friday and no response to emails yet again. False promises and enough time to sort this issue so an honest review has been left.
Rubbish, can't be bothered to go into it. Please just trust me they are not very good, helpful and quote for things they cannot achieve. Before you say you cannot find my name on your records, the job number is 1515728. Poke it.
