Frustrating company to deal with, misuse of my data on two occasions absolutely incompetent. Complained about the issue and poor response and then a month later they repeat their same mistake. Asked for information multiple times that they already have. Delayed my house purchase. No one knows what they are doing. Baffling.

Read their website and gave them a call. Adviser I spoke with didn't fill me with confidence and it is clear a lot of what is said on their website is inaccurate. No income past 70 years old taken into account, only pension income, even though the FSC stated their whole aim is to ensure that with people working until later in life, mortgages targeting retirees have to reflect this.

Such a friendly and helpful society. I spoke to 3 different members of staff who answered a number of questions I had around mortgages and it really helped me to clarify my thinking. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Be careful, having deposited money in their windfall bond, I now find that there is no facility on their website to withdraw any funds? Neither is there any mention of a customer services telephone number?? Every month they send you an e mail asking you to follow a link to see if you have won any of their monthly prices?? Can they not just tell you if you have won or not. They also confuse your statistical chances on winning quoting you chance on a monthly basis, if you project the odds out to a 12 month period you find you do not have a hope in Bell of winning. They also use a clever choice of words to indicate that in each monthly draw they add their own tickets to make the number of draw tickets up to some preset number, then make the draw???? This sounds totally illegal to me, you can not have a fair lottery if the organiser has filled the drum with their own tickets, which if drawn negate the possibility of a genuine ticket holder winning. This is a legalised scam in my opinion
