Been waiting all day..nobody turned up to fit carpet..no phone call nothing..upstairs is a mess.with a wardrobe on the landing.complete shambles/roker avenue.monkwearmouth next to the computer store if this helps..had it booked for Monday.stayed up after my Sunday night shift..nobody came nothing.couldnt even be botherd to ring up.
Shocking workmanship by the fitters also left my house a tip and came with the wrong amount of meter age I needed for the job so left it half complete for the price I paid expect better. I would recommend not using them to b honest. Fuming!
We had a sitting room and stairs done at the same time and the stairs carpet has got bits coming off it and going bare in places and the sitting room carpet looks about 5 years old it's that bad. And this was the Ryhope store
would recommend it. the staff were very helpful .
Waited in 2 different days for carpet fitters to measure up waited most of the day and even had to take a day off to wait.they never turned up.wouldnt reccomend them waste of time.
Good selection of carpets and vinyl plus the service was great
