Amazing, only word I can use! Great service and very helpful staff who were considerate and responsive to my needs throughout the process. Always a pleasure talking with the team who fit the carpets and the team who helped me pick the carpet out. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Rang and spoke about a full house measure, they booked me in and we’re going to bring some samples all good. Waited in all afternoon, no call no contact and no answer on shop phone. Would give zero stars if could wasted afternoon waiting in empty property. Will take business elsewhere. Shame as have used Franks in past and been happy with price and service
