Bought my 1st rug from FrithRugs today, Extremely positive experience- so many rugs when you enter the place that you can sure spend hours to find dream one, or give up quickly..... but! excellent customer service and support from Ray helps to narrow down the search for you in a very friendly and not ''pushy-salesman'' way (if I can describe it that way) :) highly recommended!
